5月14日消息，据爆料，此前因晒出近300万年终奖而引发全网热议的腾讯WXG（微信事业群）总监叶某，已于上周正式离职。
据了解，事件起源于此前一张刷屏全网的年终收入截图。截图显示，叶某年末激励由现金与股票两部分组成，总额接近320万元，其中现金奖金82万余元，股票激励235万余元。
随后，有网友发现截图自带腾讯内部水印，随即引发薪资泄密争议。风波发酵后，叶某的内部会议日程被迅速清空，业内当时便猜测，薪资泄密已触发腾讯违规预警。
据介绍，叶某2025年两次斩获腾讯最高绩效评级“outstanding”，这份顶尖业绩也成为其拿到高额年终奖的重要原因。
