Jack in the Box Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Fall; Names Chair Mark King as Interim CEO

Jack in the Box (JACK) reported Wednesday fiscal Q2 operating earnings of $0.76 per diluted share, down from $1.25 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.74.

Revenue for the quarter ended April 12 was $254.3 million, down from $265.7 million a year ago.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $256.6 million.

Jack in the Box also announced that it has appointed Mark King as Executive Chairman and interim Chief Executive Officer, starting immediately.

King, a member of the board since November 2025 and its Chair since March this year, succeeds Lance Tucker, the company said.
