Park Dental Partners (PARK) reported Q1 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.44 per diluted share, down from $1.14 a year earlier.
Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.20.
Revenue in the three months ended March 31 rose to $62.7 million from $59 million a year earlier.
Two analysts polled by FactSet expected $61 million.
The company expects full-year revenue of $254 million to $258 million. Two analysts project $256.6 million.
Park Dental shares rose 5.4% in after-hours trading.
