于2026年5月13日，联交所已向公司授出由2026年4月29日起至2026年5月13日止期间的该豁免，惟须透过刊发本公告披露该豁免的详情。倘公司的情况发生变化，则联交所可能撤回或变更豁免。
公司获要约人于2026年5月13日告知，要约人已于2026年5月13日在公开市场出售39,825股股份(相当于本公告日期已发行股份总数约0.07%)，以恢复公司的公众持股量。
紧随出售事项完成后，公众人士持有1500万股股份，相当于本公告日期已发行股份总数的25%。据此，上市规则第13.32B(1)条所载25%的最低公众持股量规定已获恢复。
