　　5月15日-5月17日，“第十八届轩辕汽车蓝皮书论坛”在广州举行，主题为“转折”。长城汽车董事长魏建军谈到此前道歉事件时表示“没有心理负担，”他还表示他在公司里边，是反省最快的。

　　“只要我做错了事，我第一个承认错误、反省。我觉得一个公司里边，有一个反省、实事求是的文化是至关重要的。要是老板都很虚伪、遮遮掩掩，那今后我的下属要是有问题，都向我学习，我不就给他们带了一个不好的头吗？”他说。

　　他表示，这个社会很包容。再说老板也是人，要是把自己塑造得太完美，一点毛病没有，那也就不是人了。
