Casa Minerals Inc．周二宣布，2026年迄今已通过行使约445万份普通股认购权证获得总收益432，777.30美元。这些权证是作为公司2025年4月和2026年2月完成的非经纪私募发行的一部分而发行的，每份权证可按行权价认购一股公司普通股。

　　公司表示，所得净收益将用于推进2026年在亚利桑那州的Congress金矿项目和不列颠哥伦比亚省的Arsenault铜金银项目的勘探计划，以及一般营运资金。

　　Casa Minerals总裁兼首席执行官Farshad Shirvani表示：“我们衷心感谢权证持有人的持续支持。这笔新增资本显著增强了我们的资产负债表，使我们能够在我们核心项目上为2026年积极的钻探和勘探季做好准备。”

　　Casa Minerals专注于北美地区金银铜及战略矿产的勘探。公司持有亚利桑那州历史悠久的Congress金矿90%的权益，同时拥有多个位于BC省的项目。近期，公司还从Congress金矿项目获得了大量历史钻探数据库，已完成桌面技术研究并划定了三个优先勘探区，为即将到来的钻探季做好了准备。
