中关村(000931.SZ)5月14日披露权益变动报告书，黄光裕及其关联方国美控股、国美电器合并计算的合计持股比例降至24.71%，不再合并国美电器6.64%股份，黄光裕仍为公司实际控制人。本次股权减少源于多重被动变动：国美控股、国美电器因融资融券违约遭券商强制平仓减持；国美电器部分股份司法解冻后被动卖出；2025年2月与林飞燕解除一致行动关系；国美零售债转股引入新股东上海金铂鼎和中国泰岳科技有限公司，黄光裕持股被稀释，国美控股与国美电器不再构成一致行动人。变动后，黄光裕通过国美控股间接持股24.71%，国美电器持股6.64%且股份全部质押冻结。公司称本次变动不影响实控权与经营，不排除未来12个月内继续增减持股。
