TTEC Digital, AWS Collaborate to Drive AI Customer Experience Adoption

TTEC (TTEC) said Wednesday its digital unit entered a strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon (AMZN) Web Services to promote Amazon Connect through AI-driven improvements.
The deal focuses on assisting organizations with cloud transitions that incorporate automation and live data analytics, the company said.
The collaboration will provide tools for agent assistance and intelligent self-service while updating outdated contact center technology, TTEC said.
Shares of the company were up 2% in Wednesday premarket activity.
