2026年5月10日至11日，中国人民银行副行长宣昌能出席国际清算银行（BIS）在瑞士巴塞尔举行的行长例会。与会央行行长就全球经济金融形势、油价冲击传导效应和货币政策调控、新兴市场经济体现实风险挑战等议题开展了深入交流。会议期间，宣昌能副行长还会见了部分与会央行代表，就共同关心的问题交换了意见。
