5月13日，艾奎诺克斯黄金公司（Equinox Gold）宣布将正式收购奥尔拉矿业公司（Orla Mining）。此项并购交易旨在打造一家以北美为核心业务区的大型黄金生产企业，预计合并后新公司的隐含市值将达到约185亿美元。

　　根据双方达成的协议条款，交易完成交割后，艾奎诺克斯黄金现有股东将持有合并后新公司约67%的股权，奥尔拉矿业股东将持有剩余的33%。目前，该笔交易预计将于今年第三季度正式完成。在资产与产能布局方面，新组建的企业将在加拿大、美国、墨西哥及尼加拉瓜四国拥有并运营六座矿山。
