智通财经APP讯，喜相逢集团(02473)发布公告，于2026年5月13日(交易时段后)，喜相逢集团(本公司间接全资附属公司)及其若干附属公司(统称承租人)与出租人广东粤财金融租赁股份有限公司订立该等售后回租合同，据此，(1)承租人同意向出租人转让租赁资产(该等售后回租合同项下详述由喜相逢集团及其若干附属公司拥有的若干汽车)，总代价合共约为人民币463.37万元，及(2)承租人同意向出租人租回租赁资产，租期为48个月，总租金合共约为人民币509.64万元。
通过订立该等售后回租合同，本集团可拓宽其融资渠道、优化其资本结构及补充其营运所需资金，从而使本集团把握业务发展及扩张机遇。
