5月14日金融一线消息，民生银行今日发布公告称，经国家金融监督管理总局和中国人民银行批准，该行在全国银行间债券市场成功发行了“中国民生银行股份有限公司2026年无固定期限资本债券（第一期）”（以下简称“本期债券”），并在银行间市场清算所股份有限公司完成债券的登记、托管。

　　民生银行表示，本期债券于2026年5月11日簿记建档，并于2026年5月13日完成发行。发行规模为人民币300亿元，采用分阶段调整的票面利率，每5年为一个票面利率调整期，前5年票面利率为2.12%，在第5年及之后的每个付息日附发行人有条件赎回权。本期债券募集资金将依据适用法律和监管部门的批准，用于补充该行其他一级资本。
