稳定价格操作人中信里昂证券有限公司或代其行事的任何人士于稳定价格期所采取的稳定价格行动为:于国际发售中超额分配合共979.41万股发售股份，占全球发售项下可供认购发售股份总数的约15.0%(于任何超额配股权获行使前);及整体协调人(为其本身及代表国际包销商)于2026年5月8日就合共979.41万股H股按每股H股39.88港元悉数行使超额配股权，以用于促成向承配人交付部分H股，该等承配人已同意延迟交付彼等根据全球发售所认购的相关H股。
在稳定价格期，稳定价格操作人并无在市场上买卖任何H股以稳定价格。
