据知情人士5月14日披露，布鲁克菲尔德（Brookfield Asset Management）已达成协议，拟以约12亿美元的企业价值从投资机构EQT及PAI Partners手中收购世界货运公司（World Freight Company，简称WFC）。

　　消息指称，相关方已完成最终谈判，收购协议预计最早于今日正式对外公布。
