智通财经APP获悉，中国儒意(00136)尾盘涨超4%，截至发稿，涨5.04%，报1.46港元，成交额1.17亿港元。
消息面上，近日，中国儒意与腾讯代表公司签订二零二六年游戏合作框架协议。合作内容涵盖发行合作、共同运营合作、营销服务及独家代理四类模式。协议项下拟筹备12款合作产品，预计于2026至2027年陆续推出。根据公开资料整理，腾讯控股间接持有中国儒意约15.37%股份。
值得注意的是，中国儒意通过收购万达投资100%股权，已成为万达电影的间接控股股东和实际控制人，同时双方在业务上保持合作。今年4月，万达电影正式更名为儒意电影，标志着中国儒意完成全国线下场景的关键布局。儒意电影近日表示，公司将着力打造"超级娱乐空间"。
