智通财经APP讯，安踏体育(02020)发布公告，于2026年5月15日，本公司已根据《2018年股份奖励计划(2023年修订版)》授出合共约379万股奖励股份，即本公司于本公告日期已发行股份的约0.136%，予 357名本集团获选雇员(各为及统称为承授人)，其中10万股奖励股份已授予给本公司执行董事毕明伟先生(毕先生)。向毕先生授出奖励股份及相应的具体表现目标已获本公司的薪酬委员会所有委员以及董事会一致批准(包括独立非执行董事，惟毕先生本人已就批准向其授出奖励股份的相关董事会决议避席不投票)。
