据建议，2026股份奖励计划的计划授权限额为公司于2026股份奖励计划获股东批准及采纳当日已发行股本总额的10%，其中服务供应商分项限额为0.5%。2026年股份奖励计划须在以下条件获达成后方告生效：(a)股东通过普通决议案，批准采纳2026年股份奖励计划及服务供应商分项限额;及(b)上市委员会批准公司根据2026年股份奖励计划所授奖励的归属而可予发行及配发的任何新股份上市及买卖。
