据董事会经作出一切合理查询后所全悉，董事会谨此澄清如下：
(1)根据本公司目前所得资料，本公司及本集团任何其他成员公司并非该报道所述法律程序中的答辩人、被告或当事人，而董事、本集团高级管理层或雇员概不涉及该事项或其相关事宜，与该事项或其相关事宜亦无任何关联;
(2)诚如该报道所述，该事项主要涉及陈先生的个人资产，而非本集团的任何资产、业务或营运。该事项对本集团业务营运及财务状况的影响(如有)尚待评估;及
(3)除本公告、制裁公告及本公司于香港联合交易所有限公司网站刊载的其他公告所披露者外，董事会并不知悉任何其他与该事项有关并构成本公司内幕消息且须根据内幕消息条文予以披露的事项。本公司将继续密切关注该事项的发展，并将于适当时候根据上市规则以及其他适用法律及法规另行刊发公告。
