智通财经APP讯，新火集团(01611)公布，该集团截至2026年3月31日止6个月取得净亏损不超过约2.45亿港元，而2025年同期净亏损约1230万港元。
公告称，预计净亏损有所增加乃主要由于以下各项的综合影响：(i)加密资产的净公允价值亏损约1.524亿港元，主要来自日本合规交易所持有的加密资产公允价值下跌;(ii)经营开支增加约6960万港元，此乃主要由于集团采取措施增强其专业能力及客户服务质量，以支持业务增长带来的新增客户需求;(iii)研发开支增加约1320万港元，此乃主要由于持续开发有竞争力的科技赋能产品及服务;及(iv)不存在2025年期间所确认因收回款项而取得一次性拨回其他应收款项减值拨备约1030万港元。
