王文杰先生已获董事会委任为独立非执行董事、公司提名委员会及薪酬委员会各自的成员以及公司审核委员会的主席，委任将于股东周年大会结束后即时生效。谭文杰女士已获董事会委任，接替保罗希尔先生出任公司薪酬委员会主席，委任将于股东周年大会结束后即时生效。
随着施先生退任非执行董事后，施先生亦将不再担任授权代表，以及公司法律程序文件代理人，自股东周年大会结束后即时生效。董事会进一步宣布，公司执行董事许清流先生已获委任为授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，以填补有关空缺，自股东周年大会结束后即时生效。
