Lunnon Metals (ASX:LM8) said it mined total volume of just over 200,000 bank cubic meters in April at its Lady Herial open pit gold mine in Western Australia, with total ore mined reaching over 54,000 tonnes at 1.3 grams per tonne grade of gold, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Mining at the site continued as planned through April with no impact from significant weather events or diesel availability, the company said.

In April, the company invoiced Gold Fields subsidiary St Ives Gold Mining about AU$9 million under an ore purchase agreement, with full payment received, per the filing.

Lunnon Metals said its planned waste and ore movements for the coming months suggest operations will finish in August or September.
