智通财经APP讯，大唐黄金(08299)发布公告，于2026年5月18日，本公司(作为发行人)与联席配售代理订立配售协议，据此，本公司有条件同意发行，而联席配售代理有条件同意，作为本公司代理尽力促使以配售价每股配售股份0.4275港元配售最多合共3.98亿股配售股份。
配售股份分别占本公司于本公告日期现有已发行股本约4.70%，且占本公司经根据配售事项(假设除本公司发行配售股份外，自本公告日期至完成期间已发行股份总数将不会发生变动)发行配售股份扩大后之已发行股本总额约4.49%。
配售价为每股配售股份0.4275港元，较于最后交易日于联交所所报收市价每股股份0.50港元折让约14.50%。
假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，配售事项所得款项总净额(经扣除所有相关成本及开支，包括配售佣金、法律费用及征费)预计将约为1.65亿港元。基于此基准，每股配售股份净价估计约为0.416港元。
