Infotrust Names New CEO as Part of Leadership Transition

Infotrust (ASX:ITS) said Paul Timmins will join the firm as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, while Julian Challingsworth will step down from his role as managing director and CEO as part of an agreed

leadership transition, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

Timmins most recently served as the CEO of Protegic.

Infotrust also appointed David Clanchy as Chief Financial Officer.

The firm now expects fiscal second-half underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of around AU$2.3 million, updating its previous guidance of underlying EBITDA of over AU$3 million from continuing operations.
