智通财经APP讯，金浔资源(03636)发布公告，根据业务发展需要，为完善刚果(金)铜钴冶炼产业链配套、降低生产成本、提升经营业绩，拟由子公司金浔刚果(金)矿业有限责任公司投资建设金浔刚果(金)铜钴冶炼配套硫酸厂项目，项目位于刚果(金)科卢韦齐市。项目总投资约9000万元人民币，建设周期约12个月，资金由子公司金浔刚果(金)矿业有限责任公司公司自筹解决。
投资建设具体规划、实施、调整等事宜由子公司金浔刚果(金)矿业有限责任公司经营管理层根据实际情况稳步推进。在该项目实施过程中，公司若根据宏观政策、市场状况以及公司实际需要，对项目投资建设内容进行调整，公司将根据《公司章程》、《全国中小企业股份转让系统挂牌公司治理规则》、《全国中小企业股份转让系统挂牌公司信息披露规则》等相关规定履行相应的决策程序和信息披露义务。
本次投资为铜钴冶炼项目关键配套工程，投产后可实现硫酸自给自足、大幅降低原材料采购成本，延伸产业链、提升综合竞争力，符合公司海外资源深耕战略。
