金吾财讯 | 阿斯利康旗下创新降压药 Baxfendy（通用名 baxdrostat）已获得美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）批准上市，这也是全球首款获批的醛固酮合成酶抑制剂。该药物可与其他抗高血压药物联合使用，专门用于治疗血压控制不佳的成年患者，为高血压治疗提供了新的选择。
据悉，此次获批基于 BaxHTN III 期临床试验的积极结果。该试验显示，对于已服用两种及以上降压药物但血压仍未得到有效控制的难治性高血压患者，Baxfendy 的 1 毫克和 2 毫克两种剂量，均能显著降低患者的坐位收缩压，且效果具有统计学和临床双重意义，为其临床应用提供了坚实支撑。
从安全性来看，Baxfendy 总体耐受性良好，临床试验期间未发现任何意外安全问题，用药安全性得到充分验证。
