周一美股盘前，LiveRamp股价暴涨26%至37.50美元，此前阳狮集团宣布将以价值25亿美元的全现金交易收购该数据协作平台。
该交易旨在深化阳狮集团在数据和人工智能方面的实力，以帮助品牌方更好地应对高度碎片化的媒体市场。
根据协议条款，阳狮集团将为 LiveRamp支付每股 38.50 美元，这较该公司在公告前最后一个交易日(5 月 15 日)的收盘价溢价 29.8%。
在阳狮集团周日发表的声明中，公司还将 2027 年和 2028 年的固定汇率增长目标分别上调至：净收入增长 7%-8%，核心每股收益增长 8%-10%;此前两项指标的业绩指引分别为 6%-7% 和 7%-9%。
在宣布收购的同时，LiveRamp公布了其财年营收，达到8.13亿美元，较上年增长9%。按美国通用会计准则(GAAP)计算，其营业利润从上年的500万美元增至8300万美元。
该公司表示，截至本财年末，其年度订阅收入超过100万美元的客户数量为133家，而上年同期为128家。订阅净留存率为107%。
LiveRamp表示，由于收购正在进行中，公司将不会提供财务指引，也不会举行之前安排好的收益电话会议。
