印度法院要求<a href="https://laohu8.com/S/AAPL">苹果</a>在反垄断案中“配合”
路透新德里5月18日 - 印度一家法院要求苹果 AAPL.O 在涉及iPhone应用市场的反垄断案件中“全面配合”调查人员，并驳回了这家美国公司关于在对反垄断处罚相关法律提出异议期间暂缓审理该案的请求。
德里高等法院周六在其官网发布的裁决中表示，苹果“应全面配合”，但要求印度竞争委员会（CCI）至少在7月15日之前不要就此案作出最终裁决。
据路透报导，苹果希望暂停此案审理，并指控印度竞争委员会（(link) CCI）越权，强迫该公司提交通常用于计算罚款的财务数据，而苹果针对罚款相关法律的挑战目前尚在审理中。
