【#万亿水利建设释放经济信号# #万亿水利建设中国经济奔涌#】2022年以来，连续四年破万亿元的水利建设投资，让一个个重大水利工程从图纸走向现实。如今，约9.5万座水库大坝总库容超1万亿立方米，相当于7万多个西湖的水量，在汛期和枯水期成为“吞吐自如”的水龙头；截至目前，南水北调东中线一期工程累计调水超880亿立方米，惠及沿线48座大中城市1.95亿人；今年以来，灌区现代化改造、引水骨干项目等17项国家水网重大工程相继开工建设。如今，一条条调水线穿行群山，一座座大坝耸立江河，国家水网主骨架和大动脉正逐步完善。国家水网建设，是当前和今后一个时期扩内需、稳投资的重要载体和抓手，具有吸纳投资大、产业链条长、创造就业多的优势。2025年，全国完成水利建设投资12848亿元，连续4年超万亿元。“十五五”期间，水利部将组织实施一批重大水利工程，加快建设现代化水网，完善水资源配置和供水保障体系，加快构建国家水网主骨架和大动脉，推进南水北调后续工程高质量发展，基本建成中线引江补汉工程，建设东线二期工程，实施灌区现代化建设与改造，夯实粮食稳产增产水利基石。专家表示，部分水网工程兼具交通运输、生态环保、旅游景观等功能，可以带动旅游、康养产业发展，催生文旅融合的新增长点。同时，水网建设过程中能够创造大量就业岗位，吸纳大量劳动力，有效促进社会就业。
