金吾财讯 | Compass Minerals(CMP)宣布将与科技初创企业EnergyX展开合作，计划从美国犹他州大盐湖提取电池级金属锂，正式重返锂市场。
此次合作恰逢锂价上行周期，同时也是美国提升本土锂资源产能、保障新能源产业链供给的重要布局。双方已签署合作谅解备忘录，若后续落地，获得通用汽车投资支持的EnergyX将投入超 4 亿美元，运用自身直接锂提取（DLE）技术开展盐湖锂资源开发。
据测算，犹他州大盐湖锂储量超 240 万吨，资源潜力可观。借助先进提锂技术，两家企业有望加快锂资源规模化开采，助力美国完善本土锂供应链，降低对外资源依赖。
