金吾财讯 | 雷神技术(RTX)宣布，已获得美国海军研究办公室的相关合同，将重点推进下一代海军雷达先进软件的研发工作。
据悉，这款新研发的软件将实现雷达构建模块的独立运行，让单个雷达系统可同时执行多项任务，同时优化与 5G 等商业网络的频谱共享效果，进一步提升海军雷达的综合性能。
雷神公司表示，该软件采用软件定义架构，核心优势在于可通过软件更新实现功能升级，无需重新设计硬件，既能降低研发成本，也能大幅缩短开发周期。
目前，该公司计划在研发完成后开展功能演示，重点验证多任务操作、频谱共享等核心功能，待验证通过后，再推动该技术向可操作的海军雷达系统过渡，为军方雷达技术升级提供支撑。
