新纪元能源与道明尼能源达成全股票收购交易，两家头部电力企业正式合并，合力满足人工智能算力数据中心日益激增的用电需求。

　　两家企业于周一联合官宣，本次合并将打造全球规模最大的受监管电力公用事业公司。合并完成后，新纪元能源股东持有新公司 74.5% 股份，道明尼能源股东持股 25.5%。

　　道明尼能源负责为全球顶级数据中心聚集地 —— 弗吉尼亚州北部片区供电，其市值超 500 亿美元。

　　新纪元能源是美国头号可再生能源开发企业，总部位于佛罗里达州，市值超 1900 亿美元，同时也是标普 500 指数成分股中体量最大的公用事业企业。

　　尽管主营可再生能源项目，在特朗普上一届政府任期内，新纪元能源大幅加码天然气领域投资。

　　该企业同样积极牵头推进美国核能产业扩容，去年已与谷歌达成合作，计划重启爱荷华州早已停运的杜安・阿诺德核电站。
