中国光大控股（00165）发布公告，认购方（(均为本公司的全资附属公司)）与基金经理于2026年5月15日签署了策略投资者配售协议，参与EPF-EBAREIT的基金单位认购。
认购方将认购的基金单位总数约占将发行的REIT基金单位总数的9.332%，最高认购代价不超过4.7亿元。最终认购的基金单位数量仍需根据累计投标结果及基金经理的公告而定。
公告显示，EPF-EBAREIT全称为光大保德信光大安石封闭式商业不动产证券投资基金，属于公募商业不动产投资信托基金，目前尚未取得中国证监会注册批准，能否顺利上市仍存在不确定性。该REIT初步发售规模约46亿元，底层资产包含上海静安大融城、广东江门大融城两处购物中心物业。截至 2025年12月31日评估节点，两处物业整体评估价值约58亿元；经营层面，上海静安大融城年度加权平均租用率约95.66%，广东江门大融城租用率约 93.52%，运营表现保持稳健。
