近日，山东大学龙山校区(创新港)学生宿舍建设项目A3、B1组团建筑(第一批)工程总承包（EPC）公示拟定中标人，中标金额约29.30亿元，标志着新校区建设迎来新进展。
据悉，山东大学龙山校区是山东大学在济南市章丘区建设的第九个校区，隶属于“一校三地”（济南、青岛、威海）布局体系。该校区于2019年8月正式落地章丘区，规划用地面积约7800亩，建成后将成为该校面积最大的校区。校区定位为“全球人才高地、国家科创中心、山东发展引擎、时代文化灯塔”，重点布局科技产业园、高等技术研究院等支撑项目。
2019年山东大学与济南市人民政府签订校地合作协议，确定龙山校区（创新港）为核心建设项目。2023年9月生活区住宅项目启动供地，10月启动一期建筑单体设计招标，涉及面积约200万平方米。2024年12月项目建设推进活动举行，规划建设高能级科研平台矩阵和协同创新联合体。校区周边布局6000亩大学科技产业园区，包含12年制实验学校（占地264422平方米）等配套设施，同步建设创新创业联盟，深化与章鼓、圣泉、华凌等龙头企业的技术合作和人才联合培养。
今年4月，济南市政府新闻办召开“项目赋能强省会”主题新闻发布会——章丘区专场。其中提出，章丘区今年将重点加快做好山东大学龙山校区一期和创新港一期建设。
