5月20日金融一线消息，中信银行发布公告称，董事会会议审议通过多项议案。同意聘任吕天贵为行长、首席合规官，提名其为第七届董事会执行董事候选人；同意聘任沈强为副行长。吕天贵、沈强将分别自监管机构核准其任职资格之日起就任，任期和薪酬按规定执行。吕天贵持有该行00998.HK股份900000股，沈强持有216000股。

　　简历显示，吕天贵，男，1972年10月出生，四川大学工商管理硕士，高级会计师。现任中信银行股份有限公司（以下简称中信银行）党委副书记。吕天贵先生曾任中信银行信用卡中心党委委员、总裁助理、副总裁、党委书记、总裁，总行零售银行部总经理、私人银行部总经理，总行业务总监、党委委员、副行长，中信信托有限责任公司党委书记、董事长；曾兼任中信百信银行股份有限公司董事、董事长，阿尔金银行董事，中国银联股份有限公司董事。

　　沈强，男，1974年3月出生，中国科学院大学管理学博士。现任中信银行股份有限公司（以下简称中信银行）党委委员，兼任中信银行（国际）有限公司董事、行政总裁，香港中国企业协会第十九届会董、香港银行学会副会长。沈强先生曾任总行董监事会办公室一级部总经理助理级，总行营业部党委委员、副总经理，总行投资银行部副总经理（主持工作）、总经理，总行党委办公室、办公室主任，成都分行党委书记、行长，总行授信执行部总经理；曾兼任信银（香港）投资有限公司董事。
