为深入贯彻落实中央网信办关于“清朗・整治AI应用乱象”专项行动部署要求，压实企业主体责任，净化AI网络传播生态，推动属地人工智能行业健康有序创新发展，5月14日下午，市委网信办在朝阳区星地中心C座组织召开专项工作推进会。会上，行业专家围绕《人工智能生成合成内容标识办法》开展专题解读，系统阐释AI生成内容标识的适用场景、合规标准、技术规范及实操要求，为参会企业精准落实标识管理制度、规范日常运营操作提供了清晰、权威的合规指引。
会议通报了近期属地AI内容标识合规巡查典型问题，要求各平台企业深刻汲取教训、举一反三、对照自查，全面排查整改标识管理薄弱环节，确保各项合规要求落地落细、执行到位。会议同步部署2026年“清朗·整治AI应用乱象”专项行动。属地备案生成式人工智能大模型运营主体、重点内容传播平台等150余家企业代表参会。
