智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，5月19日，中国数智科技(01796)股东将股票由阿仕特朗资本管理转入谢氏膺晖证券，转仓市值2358.65万港元，占比9.63%。
中国数智科技发布公告，于2026年5月14日，终止控股股东股份出售协议，并申请股份于2026年5月15日9时起复牌。
于2026年4月14日，中国体育资产管理有限公司(前称元丰创投有限公司，“卖方”)与深圳市淏奕投资有限公司(买方)与黄后女士作为担保人(为卖方的唯一股东)订立了一项股份出售协议，卖方拟向买房出售约2.56亿股公司股份(占公司已发行股本当中约53.3%)，现金代价总额为6396.5万港元。因相关交易先决条件预计无法如期达成，买卖双方协定即时终止股权转让事宜，交易不再推进。
