Elbit Systems' (ESLT) long-term rating has been upgraded by S&P Global Ratings Maalot to "ilAAA," with a stable outlook, the company said Wednesday.
The ratings agency cited the company's improving financial ratios, operating performance, and robust backlog amid increasing defense budgets, Elbit Systems said.
Shares of Elbit Systems were nearly 2% higher premarket Wednesday.
