智通财经APP讯，慧居科技(02481)发布公告，香港公司注册处处长已于2026年4月28日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书，确认公司已根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部将其英文名称由“Wise Living Technology Co., Ltd”更改为“SL Gemini Energy Co., Ltd”及将其中文名称由“慧居科技股份有限公司”更改为“江苏双良睿能能源股份有限公司”。
更改公司名称后，公司于联交所买卖股份的中文股份简称将由“慧居科技”更改为“双良睿能”及英文股份简称将由“WISE LIVING TEC”更改为“SL GEMINI”，自2026年5月22日上午九时正起生效，而公司于联交所的股份代号将保持不变，仍为“2481”。
