消息面上，5月17日，据联通上海产业互联网公司官微消息，2026中国联通·上海人工智能创新生态大会5月16日召开。在算力与安全生态建设方面，上海联通联合上海市算力网络协会、上海人工智能实验室及多家产业链企业，共同发布全栈国产化“国芯国模国云”安全基座。依托临港智算中心，已完成近百款行业大模型的国产化适配，旨在构建自主可控、安全可靠的人工智能基础设施体系，为上海人工智能产业高质量发展提供安全支撑。
值得一提的是，大会期间，上海联通同步发布政企全栈AI产品体系，推出多元化算力服务、多档Token产品及融合套餐，启动算力普惠行动，并升级模型服务、数据平台与智能体超市，覆盖数据治理、模型调用、应用开发全流程，助力企业轻量化、低成本实现数智化转型。近日，中国联通在雄安召开助力国家区域协调发展研讨会，其中会议强调，紧跟AI发展趋势，依托“连接”和“算力”核心能力，当好Token的生产者、运营者、服务者，彰显中国联通的先进性、安全性。
