消息面上，据市场媒体报道，美国已拒绝伊朗就结束战争提出的“14点”书面方案。报道称，美国政府已就上述书面方案作出回应，美国拒绝了德黑兰的方案，并“重申其强硬立场”，尤其是在核问题上。另据央视财经报道，由于美伊谈判前景不明，中东地区原油出口持续受阻，国际油价上周显著上涨，美油期货主力合约价格累计上涨10.48%，布油期货主力合约价格累计上涨7.87%。
中金财富期货观点认为，尽管美伊对抗局面未有实质性降级，但实物原油相对Brent溢价从此前高达30美元/桶以上的水平大幅回落，表明市场正在风险缓和与库存下降之间左右互博。目前霍尔木兹海峡已有少量船只通过，但仍远未恢复到正常状态，供应中断问题并未得到解决。地缘政治风险并未真正消退，原油市场仍处于博弈的关键阶段，如果霍尔木兹海峡的实质性封锁延长，原油期现价格可能再度发生剧烈波动。
