ChainCatcher 消息，数字资产金融服务平台 BIT宣布，旗下 Matrixport Technologies Ltd 已获英属维尔京群岛金融服务委员会（BVI FSC）批准，取得《证券及投资业务法》（SIBA）第二类投资业务牌照（安排投资交易），并完成《虚拟资产服务提供商法》（VASP Act）下的 VASP 注册。
根据获批范围，Matrixport Technologies Ltd 可依据 BVI SIBA 开展涉及安排投资交易的受监管投资业务活动，支持机构及专业市场业务及牌照范围内的其他金融服务活动；同时，可根据 BVI VASP 框架开展受监管的虚拟资产业务。
BIT 表示，此次获批历经近三年的监管沟通与准备，是公司建设全球合规数字资产平台过程中的重要节点。
