本报讯（记者 郭立）“平均每天发货量约85吨，按照当下的生产节奏，第二季度有望完成全年目标产值的70%。”5月12日早晨，水城经开区贵州九衡铝业有限公司生产车间已是忙碌景象，谈及销售情况，企业负责人包广任一脸喜悦。
基于以往的经营情况和近期信用等级，今年初，该企业通过“科技银行”平台质押两项知识产权，获得贷款800万元，缓解了购买原材料资金紧张的燃眉之急。“只要原材料够，销售几乎不愁。”包广任说。
科技型中小企业、创新型中小企业等时常面临轻资产、缺抵押、融资难等问题。对此，六盘水市先后出台《六盘水市“科技银行”工作实施办法》等文件，向科技型企业提供优质金融服务。六盘水市科技发展中心主任宋德胜介绍，2015年六盘水在全省率先推进科技银行，合作银行由最初的1家扩展至10家，发放科技贷款额度逐年提升，受益企业越来越多。2025年，六盘水共有159家企业受益，获得贷款超40亿元，企业发展态势越来越好，金融服务激活了科技创新动能。
