5月18日，中联重科在互动平台回答投资者提问时表示，公司高度重视市值管理工作，已于2025年3月25日在深圳证券交易所及巨潮资讯网正式披露《市值管理制度》，以制度化方式推动公司投资价值提升。在具体举措上，公司通过持续盈利增长、现金分红及股份回购等多重手段回报股东：上市以来累计现金分红超300亿元，历史整体分红率约47%，股息率长期居于行业领先水平；近5年持续开展股份回购，合计金额近50亿元。公司将继续坚持“长期、稳定、可持续”的股东价值回报机制，以高质量的经营业绩支撑公司长期投资价值。
