智通财经APP讯，万国数据-SW(09698)发布2026年第一季度业绩，该集团取得净收入人民币33.67亿元，同比增加23.6%; 净利润人民币26.52亿元，同比增加247.1%;每股普通股基本收益为人民币1.67元。
万国数据主席兼首席执行官黄伟先生表示：“我们以强劲销售开启2026年，第一季度净新增订单量约200MW，创下单季历史新高。伴随人工智能基础设施需求持续攀升，我们相信万国数据具备独特优势，有望把握下一阶段的增长机遇。”
首席财务官Dan Newman先生表示：“于第一季度，我们的收入及经调整EBITDA同比增长7.9%及8.0%(部分一次性项目除外)。于本季度，我们透过出售DayOne股份及私人配售可转换优先股，进一步巩固财务实力。该等举措将助力我们核心业务扩张，并为利益相关方创造可持续的长期价值。”
本公司确认，就2026年全年，先前公布的总收入指引将介乎人民币124亿元至人民币 129亿元，经调整EBITDA将介乎人民币57.5亿元至人民币60亿元，资本支出将约为人民币90亿元，维持不变。
