智通财经APP获悉，内房股全线走低，截至发稿，建发国际集团(01908)跌6.17%，报16.41港元；富力地产(02777)跌5.95%，报0.395港元；中国海外发展(00688)跌4.54%，报15.76港元；新城发展(01030)跌3.72%，报2.07港元。
消息面上，4月11城二手房网签面积同比上升9%，二手房成交量维持较高热度，房价跌幅收窄。华创证券指出，4月楼市呈现韧性，主要是购房门槛降低（包括前期房价下跌、放松公积金政策等）后需求的自然释放，我们无法交叉验证到其他内需指标的持续性好转，后续购房需求反而可能会在集中释放后呈现不足。
值得注意的是，央行最新数据显示，4月居民贷款减少7869亿元，同比多减2653亿元。其中，4月居民中长贷减少3408亿元，同比多减2177亿元，环比减少6361亿元，直指房贷需求全面收缩。信达期货指出，金融数据低于预期或引发市场对地产回暖的疑虑，接下来需进一步跟踪楼市成交情况。
