金吾财讯 | 据彭博新闻社援引知情人士消息，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）最早将于本周推出全新代币化或数字版证券交易框架，核心包含代币化股票创新豁免相关规则。
根据该框架草案，SEC 倾向于允许交易未获得对应上市公司支持或同意的第三方代币，此类代币可在去中心化加密货币平台交易，但并非所有代币都能享有与股票同等权益，如投票权、股息等；若平台无法提供相关权益，将失去代币上市交易资格。
SEC 将代币化证券分为两类，一类是由发行人或其代表发行的代币化证券，另一类是与发行人无直接关联的第三方发行的代币化证券。目前 SEC 仍在完善豁免方案，正式提案公布前细节可能调整。
市场担忧，代币化证券交易可能进一步分裂股票市场。Securitize 公司总裁、SEC 前交易和市场部门主管指出，若第三方可在发行人不参与的情况下代币化苹果、亚马逊等企业股票，理论上同一家公司的代币数量将无限制，或引发市场混乱。
