智通财经APP获悉，粤港湾控股(01396)涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.08%，报17.61港元，成交额7838.19万港元。
消息面上，粤港湾控股近日宣布，股份简称将更改为“粤港湾智算”，自5月22日起生效。值得关注的是，此次更名是公司有序推进战略转型的必然结果。去年10月，粤港湾控股在公告收购天顿数据之后，完成了向稀缺资产型AI算力基础设施平台的实质性转型。公司净利润从2024财年巨亏约20.413亿元，一举逆转为2025财年归母净利润约7300万元。财报中显示，天顿数据在并表后短短两个多月内便贡献了约6.167亿元收入，占集团总收入的61.5%。
据悉，截至目前，粤港湾智算旗下天顿数据已交付并稳定运营的FP16稠密算力规模超42000 PFLOPS，运营高功率机柜资源超1万个，上架率稳定在95%以上，业务版图辐射全国多个核心区域及东南亚部分区域；在手已稳定计费算力订单总额超150亿元，且仍在快速增长，足以支撑未来3—5年业绩稳定增长，稳居国内智算服务商第一梯队。
