Boab Metals to Complete Acquisition of Western Australia Processing Plant Following Satisfaction of Conditions Precedent; Shares Fall 4%

Boab Metals (ASX:BML) said all conditions precedent to the completion of the agreement with Sandfire Resources (ASX:SFR) to acquire the DeGrussa processing plant for use at Boab's Sorby Hills silver-lead project were satisfied, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The completion of the transaction will occur in the coming days, and the plant will be dismantled and relocated to the Meekatharra region of Western Australia to Sorby Hills.

Boab's shares fell 4% in recent trading on Monday, while those of Sandfire fell 3%.
