智通财经APP讯，创升控股(02680)发布公告，本集团预期于截至2026年2月28日止年度取得约为900万港元至1300万港元的溢利及全面收益总额，而截至2025年2月28日止年度则取得约3530万港元的亏损及全面开支总额。截至2026年2月28日止年度预期由亏损转为溢利，主要归因于本集团取得透过损益以公允价值列账的金融资产已变现收益净额，以及透过损益以公允价值列账的金融资产的未变现亏损减少，而相比的下截至2025年2月28日止年度取得透过损益以公允价值列账的金融资产的已变现亏损及未变现亏损净额。
