金吾财讯 | 华曦达(00901)今日起至5月21日招股，拟发行1920.73万股H股，其中，香港公开发售占比约10%，国际发售占比约90%，另有15%超额配股权。每股发售价32.8港元，每手100股，入场费3313.08港元，股份预期5月27日挂牌上市。独家保荐人为中信建投国际。
此次募资净额约5.70亿港元，拟将其中约25%将用于提升市场地位及开发新产品；约35%将用于投入AIHome相关技术；约20%将用于全球扩张；约10%将用于投资在(包括但不限于)AI及算法领域具有强大潜力的上下游市场参与者；10%将用作运营资金及一般企业用途。
